Step 0: Create your Idea
- The first step to get a project started is to get people interested. Projects are group activities and you will need convince some other members to join your cause. Start a discussion in / and get some feedback and answer questions. You are welcome to throw out an idea for something that you would like to be a contributor to, but not lead yourself. Just remember, all projects need a project lead. If no one else is interested it comes down to you to lead or the project cannot start. After you’ve gotten some feedback on the idea, you can fill out the form to submit the idea. There is an expectation that someone has expressed interest in leading the project AND at least 2 other people have shown interest in contributing.
